It was a gift for my father a little loose but with insoles fix hard sole and loosiness. Beautiful boots! Great craftmanship.

I bought boots and 3 wallets for a total of $259 but never received my order and am still waiting to hear back about what they will do. I visited their Edinburgh location and they said I could purchase online if I was worried about getting things back to the US, so I did just that. Well, now I’ve been back for almost a month and not only have I not received a single thing I ordered, but the shipping information has not been updated since the day of purchase (over 30 days). Very frustrating experience. Hoping they will do something to compensate, but I’m not optimistic.
