When will I hear back from you?
Our customer care office is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We answer enquiries as soon as possible during those hours.
What should I include with an order enquiry?
Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of how we can help.
Do I need to contact you before booking a workshop?
No. You can review the workshop information and book your preferred experience online. Our Workshop FAQs cover timings, designs and what to expect on the day.
Can I arrange a private event or group experience?
Yes. Our private events page has details for celebrations, team days and group workshops, together with a dedicated enquiry form.
