Delivery Policy

Please ensure you use an accessible email address and/or a suitable contact number with your order to allow communication from ourselves or our delivery companies where required.  Please check your inbox (as well as spam/junk) for communications, order confirmations can sometimes appear here.

Once your order has reached our fulfilment stage, we are unable to amend or cancel prior to dispatch.

We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days from the date the order is placed (working days are Monday to Friday). Please note that during busier periods this may take a little longer.

UK Standard Shipping Charges 

We have two courier partners, Royal Mail and Fedex depending on weight and delivery location.  Most of our orders are sent on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service.  The length of time taken for delivery by Royal Mail is beyond our control.  If your order does not arrive after 5 days we would recommend that you check with your local sorting office to see if they have the order as sometimes an item may be too large to fit through the letterbox and a calling card may not be left.  If you still have concerns email our customer services team service@islanderuk.com for further assistance.

Standard delivery on orders up to £85.00 (after discounts) is £5.99.

Standard delivery on orders £85.00 and over is FREE.

    International Shipping

    Standard International delivery for all orders is £19.00. Most International orders will be sent with Fedex.

    Customers outside of the UK will not be charged the UK value added tax (VAT). The prices on our website are displayed inclusive of VAT, however the VAT will be removed as you reach checkout where you will see prices reduced by 20%. You need to be logged in so that the website recognises your address for the reduction to be applied.

    The price you pay will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes.  As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly the shipping courier to release you order from customs.  As these charges vary from country to country we are unable to advise you on the exact costs for the taxes and duties.  We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

    Please note delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example Brexit, adverse weather conditions or unexpected increase in demand.

    Refunds & Returns

    We want you to enjoy your purchase from Islander. If you're not 100% satisfied with your items, you can return your order by post within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by us, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage and use a trackable service.  Please ensure the goods are packaged sufficiently and that they cannot be damaged during transit to us.

    UK Returns

    We offer free UK returns. Please scan the QR code on your delivery invoice to access the Royal Mail returns portal. Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and the receipt, we will exchange it for an alternative item or items. If you would prefer, we will issue you a full refund within 10 working days of receipt of your returned item. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

    Any returned items must reach us in unused, "new" condition with all original packaging present.

    In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange. You must notify us within 7 working days. Please contact service@islanderuk.com 

    International Returns

    We don't cover the cost of returning International orders, unless the product is faulty. Please contact service@islanderuk.com for more details.
