Screws

I lost one of the straps of my bag somewhere while out shopping. The screw must of been loose. Tried to call to see if I could order a replacement and id pay postage . Was told no they dont ship , the gentleman was very helpful at all. Love the bag but this has spoilt it.

Like a previous reviewer mentioned, I took the handbag class (April 2025) and I absolutely loved the class, the teacher and the shop! I also have no idea where I put the replacement screws so I am happy it has been so easy to order what I need!

I participated in the workshop while i was in Scotland last year and loved it. We were sent with some replacement screws, but of course i misplaced them. Happy to see that the set is available for purchase! Package arrived much sooner than expected and all items were in excellent condition. Will definitely order from Idlander again.
