This summer marks an exciting new chapter for Islander as we open the doors to our very first store outside Scotland. Bringing our love of Scottish craftsmanship, Harris Tweed® and our much loved Workshop Experience to the heart of London, our new Covent Garden home is a little slice of Scotland away from home.
The Islander Workshop Experience
One of the most exciting parts of bringing Islander to London is introducing our Workshop Experience to the capital.
The Workshop Experience gives you the chance to create a bag that is completely your own. Choose your base, lid, strap and other details, explore different Scottish fabrics and materials, and build your very own Islander bag.
There's no sewing or gluing involved. Instead, our interchangeable design means you can experiment with different combinations and create something that feels uniquely yours.

Covent Garden is full of creativity, character and a little bit of theatre... qualities that feel right at home with Islander.
From the historic market and cobbled streets to the busy shops, restaurants and performers that fill the area, there's always something happening. Our store gives visitors the chance to step away from the bustle and discover something distinctly Scottish.
