The Medium Satchel

Wonderful craftsmanship, my wife was extremely happy

I really love this brand and already own two of their bags, which is why this experience has been disappointing.

My husband bought me this medium satchel as a Christmas gift. Before I had the chance to use it, I had to travel to the UK for a family emergency, so after opening it I stored it safely in its dust bag in my wardrobe.

When I finally took it out to use it, I noticed three small nicks in the leather, even though the bag had never been used.

I have sent multiple emails to the company and sent several Instagram messages with photos of the damage and my receipt, but unfortunately I haven’t received any response.

I really do love my other bags, so I’m hoping someone from the company will see this review and get in touch to help resolve the issue.

Made my own mini satchel on my last trip to Edinburgh. Loved it so much I ordered the medium satchel for my mom in the Islander colorway. It's so gorgeous online and in person. I can't wait to gift it to her!
