I visited the Covent Garden store, and after receiving very friendly service, I was able to buy my Large Satchel bag. I already need to get another one!
This was a gift for my daughter and she loves it! Such a classy bag and a good size!
My sister had taken a trip to Scotland this year and done the workshop where you make your own tweed bag and I was so in love with it that I've been debating ordering one for my self as well. I finally took the plunge and ordered the large satchel in red (for me) and the dark green (for a friend's birthday) and they just came and are GORGEOUS. Exactly like the pictures, big enough to carry most purse essentials, I only wish the inside lining wasn't a floral but honestly it's the smallest of nitpicks. I love bag, it's going to match EVERY black outfit I have : D. I am struggling to tell myself that I don't need two more in other colors.
I will say that there was a little bit of drama during the shipping because my home country (USA) is ridiculous these days. Customs completely overreacted David Fincher style with a 'whats-in-the-box' demand that I describe in detail the full composition of the bag materials. Shipping is also nearly a 1/3 the price of the bag, just be aware. I still think it's worth it, it's adorable!
I visited the store in Covent garden and received wonderful customer service. Staff are extremely polite and genuinely nice people. ALL of the bags are beautiful and very well made. I would definitely recommend purchasing a bag or design your own!
My son got me two of them from Mother’s Day, and I absolutely love them!! I can’t wait to go to Scotland and make my own
