Envelope Satchel

Bought this as a preeent gif my friend, she absolutely loved the size, the compartments and of course the Harris Tweed !!!

Best surprise ever, was the comment I got. The bag was viewed in an Australian store, and when we returned 30 minutes later it was gone and sold out everywhere. I contacted Islander directly to see if they knew where I may find one even though they were sold out. Islander staff went above and beyond finding the Envelope Satchel in the colour I wanted and had it returned to them so I could purchase it online. Absolutely outstanding service, communication and commitment along with an extremely high quality product. Thanks to islander I was able to surprise her with a gift she thought she would never get.
