Classic Men's Sheepskin Slippers

The website states a size L is an 11, yet it is actually 11/12 (size is on the box) and enormous. I had to return requesting a M and was sent another L. Sloppy customer service, who don't really read your query just cut and paste replies. Let's the company down.

My order arrived very quickly. Very pleased with the product. Bought as a gift. I'm sure it will be appreciated and well used.
